Ami Bumia has a passion for real estate. Throughout the last 15+ years Ami has worked on both residential listings and in condo sales, where her impressive portfolio spans from the heart of Seattle across much of the country to beloved Chicago. Her broad scope of experience has given her a deep understanding of varying clientele in all pricepoints. Ami’s alignment with the Sotheby’s International Realty® network has allowed her to work alongside the industry’s best and whether her clients seek to find home around the corner in Seattle or Chicago, or across the globe, Ami is sure to meet and exceed any need.
Ami appreciates our fast-paced world and embraces the rapid change seen through the real estate market. She has a firm grasp on technology and her appreciation for today’s modern living is evident in her ability to consider the role it plays for both buyers and sellers. Ami leverages digital platforms to ensure her clients are equipped, and regardless of if they aim to find a new home or just want to stay informed, she educates each individual as efficiently as possible. Her service extends far beyond the length of a transaction, as she sees the value her clients gain from having a relationship with a trusted resource to deliver on all of life’s real estate endeavors. With the landscape of the industry rapidly changing, the presence of technology is something we all need to embrace. She believes it is more important now than ever that consumers have a real estate consultant with a firm grasp on technology and all it has to offer for both buyers and sellers. She sets up buyers on all the popular real estate search engines and she ensures her sellers’ listings receive the ultimate web exposure, enhancing her efforts with additional advertising and marketing through social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and is currently working on creating a Vlog.
Being a Real Estate Broker is still her passion, Ami continues to sell homes today. When she begins working with a client, her primary goal is to ensure they are pleased with the service they received from the start of the transaction until the closing. Once the deal closes, she makes sure that the individual, couple or family knows that this they are not just a deal. We are in the business of building and maintaining relationships. She keeps in touch with clients through e-mails, gifts throughout the year, client appreciation parties, fundraising for charitable causes, and mailings with market updates, tips of the trade, and information she feels will be valuable to all of her clients, past, present and future. It’s about more than just the transaction – her clients know she values them as much as she values her business.
When she isn’t in the office, you’re likely to find Ami catching up with friends over a good cup of coffee, perfecting her yoga skills, or keeping in touch with her followers in an Instagram story. No matter what she is doing one thing is certain: Ami is always working to inspire those around her and help people realize their full potential.
